Configure WS_FTP LE and Upload Files to Your Site

1. When you open WS_FTP LE, the Session Properties dialog box will appear. Click on the New button to create a new FTP session.

   

2. In this window you will enter the login infomation provided to you by your activation letter from UCVHost. You can place any name in the Profile Name box that describes your web site.

3. Enter your hostname in the Host Name/Address box, an example would be "yourhost.yourdomain.com".

4. In the User ID and Password boxes, enter your user name and password respectively. These are also provided in the activation letter.

5. Click the OK button and you will be connected to the FTP server.
   
   
6. Now you will be able to transfer your files using WS_FTP LE. Simply upload your files to the httpdocs directory so that they can be viewed on the Web.
